Provides strategic leadership to the project. Oversees the project’s direction, research initiatives and objectives, ensuring alignment with dairy industry needs and sustainability goals.
Manages the project’s direction, research initiatives and objectives and serves as the key point of contact with researchers and farms.
Provides guidance regarding nutrient management and agronomic aspects of experimental design and data interpretation; assesses cropping system and manure management impacts on GHGs.
Provides DSWR project management support to ensure the success of all project aspects – including reporting, project coordination and partner communications.
Specializes in interactions between management decisions and water resources in agricultural landscapes; within DSWR, advises on hydrology-related research activities and developing project-wide conceptual models. More.
Manages communications and outreach to build awareness and generate excitement for the project and advanced soil health management systems.
Contributes to overall project communications, including the socialization and sharing of DSWR project learnings. Aids in the development of content, key project messaging and various communications tactics.
Supports education and outreach to various audiences through communications planning, content development, quality control and media relations.
